1. The service

The website is a free information service: a map and overview of holiday accommodation, campsites, local facilities and events on the island of Terschelling, the Netherlands.

2. We are not a landlord or travel agency

We do not rent out accommodation and do not enter into agreements on behalf of landlords. If you book through a link on the website, your contract is with that partner or landlord, and only their terms apply to your booking, payment, cancellation and any complaints.

3. Accuracy

Information is partly collected automatically from public sources (OpenStreetMap, booking-partner feeds and event calendars) and refreshed regularly. Prices, availability, locations, opening hours and event dates may still change or be inaccurate. The information on the partner's website always prevails. No rights can be derived from the information on this website.

4. Affiliate links

Some links to booking partners are affiliate links. If you book through such a link, we may receive a commission from the partner, at no extra cost to you.

5. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, inaccurate or incomplete information, unavailability of the website, or bookings and arrangements made with third parties, except in case of intent or deliberate recklessness on our part.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, map design and layout belong to us unless stated otherwise. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors (Open Database License). Accommodation photos belong to the respective partners. Automated extraction or commercial reuse of the content is not permitted without our consent.
